Hello,
I'd appreciate input on whether getting a supervisa instead of regular visa for my Mom is worthwhile.
This is the context:
As you see, a regular TRV would suffice for this upcoming trip. However, I'm considering aiming for the supervisa so she's set for potential future trips of longer stay. Going through the medical examination and paperwork is not an issue. Although I'm not sure if there is any negative implications regarding applying for the supervisa at this point. Or if there is actually more beneficial to get it.
Thanks.
I'd appreciate input on whether getting a supervisa instead of regular visa for my Mom is worthwhile.
This is the context:
- I can fulfill all requirements for the supervisa (e.g. above income threshold, provide financial support, get her medical insurance)
- My Mom has have a multiple entries Canadian temporary residency visa (now expired) on which she came to visit me twice
- We are planning a trip for her coming back to Canada for a visit which will be about 5 weeks
