VISA ONCE REJECTED APPLIED AGAIN

I had previously applied under SPP and got rejected with a reason stating my course doesnt make sense and i am not a genuine student and wont be returning back to india after completion of my course.

i got into Niagara College for my post graduation certificate degree of one year in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

My profile:
SSC 72%
HSC 61%
BA in Hosp and Tourism istinction- All A grades and marks above 70, we do not get a percentage as it as international degree.
I also have 6 months work experience in the same field.
IELTS- 7.5 band

I am confused as to why that particular reason was mentioned for my rejection.

I applied again on 23rd july in the general category but without ITR copies and a strong sop and an additional support letter from NIAGARA COLLEGE.
Should there be any complications this time? also when should i expect a response from their side as my course starts on 3rd sept and flight tickets have been booked for 27th august.

It would be of great help if someone could help me with this.

without itr u won't get visa .. u need itr or form 16

Now that i have already submitted it. is there a possibility they can ask me to send the form 16.

Also i have paid 1st sem fees,, purchased GIC of $10,000 and have a scholarship of $2000.. will it still make a difference ?

I got rejection bcz of not submitting itr , source of income

no I shown my bank saving of 40 lacks

I also put gic and 1yr fees..nthng else..no itr ..no form 16

hope for the best guys. But itr or form number 16 as well as sponser letter from parents is also needed.

Form 16 and ITR are required for visa, check out visa check list youll know what all documents youll need to submit for visa processing
