Visa on New Passport

Hi,
I have a valid visa on my old passport but it will expire on September. I have renewed my passport and I am ready to apply for a new visitor visa on my new passport Should I explain to the immigration officer about this case or should I let it be?

For your information, I traveled last year with Renewed passport (without visa)+ Old passport with valid visa. You can find several such stories on this forum.

I intend to visit Canada when my visa in my old passport has expired but it has not expired right now, and I want to create a new one in my new passport, will this be a problem?

Since your Visa in the old passport is still valid, you don't need a new Visa to enter Canada,,,,just try with the old and new passport.
