Visa on 2nd attempt

Hey guys is there anyone who got got rejected on first attempt and got the visa on second attempt? Please guys share your views and what all you did again to apply?

Please do mention.
1. Reason for rejection in first attempt
2. What all you attached more in your application in second attempt.

My sister got VISA...

Applied: 13th July
Medical: 6th August
Passport return: 12th August
Got Visa : 31st August

Thanks to God...!!! she refused last year due to unsufficient FUND and irrelevant program.....
But then we hire a good consultant and we did it....!!!!!!!!!! Yahooo
