VISA offices for Expats

I am an Indian and applying for Canada PR. Currently I am in Kenya and my work permit is under process here in Kenya.

I want to choose visa office my Canadian PR as India office ( Since I can not choose Kenya because currently I dont have VISA for kenya for at least one year) but I have doubts on
1. Once the application is approved , how do i get the passport stamped when I am not in India?
2. Even medical check up, I suppose required to be done in the area of the visa office, which will be difficult if i m not in India.

Need some info on these..many thanks in advance.

Inform CIC of your address change.

So you are saying I can ask CIC later to change the VISA office from India to Kenya ( Once I have the work permit)?

You can apply now to the concerned VO now and later when you change the address ( or location ) just inform CIC of this change and they would advise a new VO.
