I see some forum posters mentioning that the processing of their application moved from one office to another. Where do we see which visa office (Canadian or local) is processing our application?

When you receive ur PPR , it will be clearly mentioned who to send ur passports. They look notify for further steps

so before obtaining the ppr, there is no way to know which visa office is processing our application? or is it always authorities in Canada?
