Dear Experts,
One of friends who is based in UK, and applying from Canada under FSW category. His current UK visa was not extended, though he is going to apply appeal, which as per local solicitor will take 3-4 months and the chances are positive.
As mentioned on immigration information kit - "the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one year."
1. While sending the application to Nova Scotia, if the applicant put visa office choice as India, where he
belongs originally (national of), can he change his visa office later, say his UK visa get extended?
2. How long does NS normally take to forward application to visa office?
Regards
Yasir
