Visa office change for spouse to us

I am in india. Got ppr and sent mail for vo change to us for my wife. Got a reply mentioning the canada.address to.send the pp to. Indian pp can not be.sent accross border via.mail. please help if someone.has a similar case. Should my wife go to vac office in new york to submit pp. Has anyone in us with indian pp got it done before. Thanks a lot.

Thanks for reply. My concern is that the visa office change letter is addressed to my name in place of my wife. I am pa, but only my wife is in us. Will this b an issue. Any body who has received a visa office change letter for dependants can tell if it reffers to the primary applicant or to the dependant.
