If its SPP you will get visa in 5 days otherwise it can take upto 3 weeks.

I applied on 12th june at CVAC Chandigarh (university category, paper based) and my passport was dispatched on 30th June .

I submitted notarized documents of my study from 10th upto degree including alll mark sheets.
Plus ielts,toefl,GRE scores
Finacial documents- loan letter, bank statemnts, CA valuation report(liquid funds+ immovable assets), income tax returns,
