VISA NOT SIMULTANEOUSLY RELEASED

I'm not sure if i should be grateful or frustrated with what happened today. So i received a call from DHL last friday, said there's a package from the embassy for my younger bro and sis. I went there today and received their passport with visa, and COPR. the sad thing is, mine and my other younger bro's passport w/ visa are not included. I called DHL right away to cofirm if there really wasn't visa package under my name. There's none. Damn! Now i don't know what to do but wait, again. Has anyone experienced this before? What else should i do to speed things up? Help pls

that doesn't make any sense honestly.. i think you should send a case specific enquiry to the embassy (include your date of birth, UCI and/or file number) and ask them what's up, your passport either comes in another package or they did a mistake or it was on purpose.. you should've been informed about it regardless. i hope it works out for you. best of luck

I was debating with myself if i should email the embassy or not, like you advise, because i'm afraid i will only get a generic reply. But now that i clearly think about it, i won't lose anything if i just email them now. I'll follow what you said and include those details in my email. Thank you!
