Visa Medical from another country

Due to high number of active Covid-19 cases services by panel physicians for visa medical are suspended indefinitely in my country.
I know taking biometrics in a third country is allowed. I was wondering whether a student can go to a different country and do his medical. Is this allowed?

If you are from India, visa medicals will be open from next week
