Hie I have applied for study permit for this September intake but got my visa rejected and I applied for the second time and got it approved but on my study permit sheets there is this written like u have to leave by April 2017 after my programs ends I have doubt like can I extend my study permit since I'm looking forward to study another year will that be a problem for my extension should I leave on the specified date ...

If that's the date of expiry , You can extend your permit .
If it is specified in bold that you have to leave after April 2017, You should leave then . Call CIC and ask them if that's possible .
