have my visitor visa valid till November 15 2021 as it was on my old passport airport agent called the embassy to confrim and told me that i cannot board the flight as my visitor visa is not valid
They said as per the Canadian Embassy, 'You can not board' and I was returned back.
I opened by portal and checked the status - it says the following:
Status: YOUR DOCUMENT IS Valid
Document: COUNTERFOIL
Please help! What is this? What to do now? What's going on? What's the solution?
