visa got rejected,wat to do now??

recieved refusal letter:reasons,

1.you will not leave country after compltion of sudy.
2.not enough income of parents for study.
3.ur study is not related to ur last study,
but that was related to my field........

i paid 1st sem fee,
loan of 8 lac(fee not dispurse for loan)

can i appeal in CHC,for reconsider on my file???????

pls suggest me friends wat can i do now???????

If you applied under SPP, You can apply through Non SPP. But the dates are near by.. check your consultant.. or search any thread over there..

When did u submit your application and how long did it take to get ur results..

Did u check with your consultant regarding re applying process through Non-SPP? They might have students who gone through the same situation of yours.. If possible, just apply again through Non-SPP.

did diploma in production & industrial eng.(related to mech.field) in 2009.....
than in IELTS got 6bands.
got offer letter from seneca college in mech engg.techn-tool design(which is related to my field).
1st sem fee paid+loan of 8lac (without fee dispursed).
father deceased in 1999,thats why i show mother's btiqe income & my paternal uncle sponsering my study....
i did not attach any additional docs.

i got refusal letter and it was written that your application is closed, if you want to re-apply you can submit with additional documents

I am Neeraj. I applied for Student Visa Under SPP sept Intake. in Adv. Diploma in Graphic Design from St. Lawrence College, Kingston Ontario.
I Did my BCA from bangalore university in 2005 after my study i am working continuously. I am working as Business development executive from more then 3 years. I have Education Loan of Rs. 15 Lac. which is against property which values more then 20 lac. i scored 6 bands in IELTS 6 band in each and 6.5 in Listening. My father works in Dubai as Manager and his salary is more then Rs. 1 lac PM. I attached everything in my visa file. but today I got Visa rejected with letter marked on Point.
* Your Proposed Studies are not Reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in india or canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.
kindly help me with my queries. what should i do now. should i reapply my visa for January Intake.
what should i do to convince visa officer.

And 1 more thing I filed my Visa On this 3rd of august as my bank issued me loan letter on 2nd. and with in 15 days i got rejection letter.

I am really sorry rudra about your rejection.. I have also applied at seneca and have also paid my 1st sem fee. I just know one thing on this... that your fee can be refunded before a specific date seneca mentioned (dont remember). Or even you could just transfer your fees for winter semester and ask for a new acceptance letter from seneca and reapply for your visa as well..
