Visa for wife

Both me and my son are canadian citizens and have candian passport. My wife has a Macao passport.

Does anyone know the quickest to apply for a visitor visa for my wife? I need to get it asap because my father (canadian citizen) has terminal cancer and would like to see them one last time.

If the visitor visa takes too long to approved. Is there any additional documents required for just the grandmother(canadian citizen)to travel to Canada with the grandson?

She needs to apply for a regular TRV. Submit the application as soon as possible and I would recommend providing medical reports outlining your father's condition.

If a minor child is traveling with someone other than a parent, both parents need to provide written consent.
