I am married to a canadian national. He will file my case in coming week. Could you please suggest that after filiong my case can we apply visit visa????If yes, would it be ok or it gonna create difficulty in my case.

Yes - you can file for a visitor visa. The chances it will be approved are low. However you can certainly still apply.

No - applying for a visitor visa won't create any difficulties for your sponsorship application.
