I would appreciate if you guys could guide me as to what forms to fill in for her petmit.

Hi,

Are both of you holders of Singapore passports? Singapore is listed under 'visa-exempt'...
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp

If not, then you may have gone through this:
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/singapore-singapour/visas/spouses-conjoints.aspx?view=d

Application kit with forms:
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/singapore-singapour/visas/forms_temporary_resident_temporaire_formulaires.aspx?view=d

I am assuming you will be filing with the High Commission in Singapore - so I gathered the links from CIC's Singapore website.

/Hope this helps....

Many thanks.

She is in Karachi, Pakistan and will be applying in Pakistan. Are there any additional documents that are needed for pakistan applicants? Please advise.

i suggest under cic.gc.ca - look for the visa officge serving Pakistan and then you will see the embassy-specific link. Lots of links there to answer your questions.

Also here is the link to the forum of applicants from Pakistan - they would provide you more applicable answers as they have worked through the application process in-country
