Yes I understood your question. My medical was not passed till I got approval. Till then it stated "You do not need a medical exam. We will let you know if this changes."

Hi I applied on 18th April and still waiting.

In my case based inquiry should I mention that the my University program has No Deferral policy? Or can it go against me at this point?

Please advise as I am sending a case specific enquiry just now

I raised a cse and was very frank with them. I told them how my classes were starting from 4th September and I have already paid deposit for university and signed a lease and paid deposit for a place I rented. I also mentioned about how the university does not provide deferral and I will have to apply again in fall 2019.

I got my approval in 51 days. Strangely I received my email on saturday night at 2am.Was very surprised they were working on saturday!!
