Hi,
I have been moved to Canada on a Intra-company transfer.
I have applied my work permit from the Visa Application centre, Chennai, India along with my wife's and Son's temporary resident visa.
Mine and my wife's have been approved and my son's is still under processing. We have submitted upfront medicals for all of us and my son's application is getting delayed because of a remedical.
My son is 4 yrs old and he has a developmental delay and hasn't achieved independent walking, talking etc. But he is showing a lot of progress day by day and we are hoping to achieve some independent life sooner.
Now I have two queries:
1) What are the odds that my son's visa gets rejected (though it is very hard for me to think that a child is denied of visa because he is a special need)
2) During his remedicals, I didn't receive any notification from the Visa office, Bangalore. I wrote a follow up mail and they asked me to return to the panel physician. So I doubt that my mail id is not properly registered in his application. So how do I update my mail id on my son's application which is under process so that I don't miss any further intimation from the Embassy.
Sorry for my long mail. I just moved to Canada last week. My wife and son are still in India waiting for my son's visa approval to join me. They live in a town 700km away from the Visa application Centre or the Visa office Bangalore.
