Visa extension

Hello friends

My mother got visitor visa for Canada for six month.
We sponsor her for my pregnancy help.
Her visa will expire in November , but we want my mother to be here for future timing for baby care.

My concern for following few question

1. Can we extend visa further for future six month.

If yes , then do this extension will effect on her future appplication for visitor visa due to over stay or extension in first visit ?

2.is it possible to apply for super visa during her visitor visa toming in Canada?or during the extension timing stay in Canada?
Or she should apply for super visa only from India? Rather then from Canada?

Hi,

1. She cannot extend her TRV/visa. She must apply for a new TRV.

She can, however, apply to extend her authorized stay/visitor status for up to 2 years (on her current TRV entry) by sending an application to CPC-Vegreville (if you are PR/citizen).


2. No. She must apply for a super visa from India, not from Canada
