Visa extension through LMO

Hello there, i have work visa till July, 2016.I was in canada for 3 years but now i m here in india since last 2 years as of today's date 14th april, 2016. So how can i get my work permit extension through LMO? I have one employer in toronto ready to provide me LMO but i have just 2 months left before my work permit expires. So anyone please help me to know exact process of LMO and processing times? And what are the chances of Positive LMO in Ontario?

I am planning to come to toronto from india once i will get the all details about LMO exactly how that works? So guys please help me out.

LMOs have been replaced with LMIAs. It is up to your employer to obtain the LMIA. Total time to obtain an approved LMIA is anywhere in the 2-6 month range. Your employer will have to start by advertising the job on recognized job sites or other places for a minimum of a month. Then your employer will have to apply for the LMIA.
