Visa extension (original entry to Canada)

Hi, I came to Canada in September and I am extending my stay. I am filing my application for an extension, I don't remember the date of my very first entry to Canada ever because I was only three months old which was over 27 years ago. What am I supposed to write? Should I provide a letter with it explaining why I do not remember my very first entry to Canada?

You need to write the date of your most recent entry to Canada, the one you are extending the stay for...that’s what seems to make the most sense for this question.

No it asks two dates, the first line asks for your first entry to Canada and the second asks for the most recent entry.
