Hi to all!
I am really confused, bothered and worried about this.. any information would really be appreciated..
the situation is:
I was a tourist in Canada (came from a non-visa exempt country).. I applied an extension but it was refused, so I went back to
my country to avoid breaking the law.. in total I stayed a year in Canada waiting for the reply from Vegreville and I went back to my country a week after the refusal came out.. it has been a year and a half now since that incident in Canada and now I am applying a tourist visa for New Zealand..
-how would the New Zealand Immigration Officer view this?
-would I include the refusal letter sent to me by Vegreville to prove that I didn't over stay in Canada?
-do I have a chance in getting a visa at all? (I have prove of funds, ties, intent of stay and all that)
-do they have information sharing about this?
-please.. any information at all...
