Visa Exprie in next Month

Hi All... i apply for family Sponser in Abudhabi u.a.e Since Oct 2007 my interwive was done in April 2008 and now they send me to do Re-medical i have done 9th May 2009 and send to London England But my Qustion is About my U.A.E Residence Visa going to Exprie in 04 June 2009 and i dont want to Renew my Visa so if i cancel my visa still my Family Sponser will bee alive In Abudhabi so when they Request Passport from canadian embassy i can come on visit and get Primit Residence Visa for Canada please kindly help me

Not sure i understand exactly however anyone applying for pr from within the country they are applying too must maintain a valid passport to their native country of citizenship.hope iunderstood your query.

if ur not legaly residing in the UAE ur application will be transferd to ur country of citizenship,ull wait one more year.
renew ur residence if u can.
