My mom-in-law has a multiple entry visa expiring in Nov., this year.
Is she allowed to enter Canada (by air) for instance in October and stay for 6 months or she will have to leave Canada before her visa expires?
On the other hand, could she apply for another visa while her current one is still valid? If she applies one or two months before her visa expires it would probably be safer in terms of entering Canada, but I do not know if they are ok with her application considering her still valid visa.
