dear friends
me and my wife are waiting for medicals.. what I'm gonna ask is; lets assume we had the visa both, after medicals, for 1 year. I am planning to fly after two or three months BY MYSELF , to start the PR process, then come back to home land. that will trigger the 5 year period..So, my wife has still 1 year visa on passport.. Does she need to land in canada before her visa expires, even I started 5 year period?..what if she cannot land in 1 year?
thanks for consideration...

1. You visa is no longer valid. if you "land" you will not be able to sponsor your wife, and you will probably reported for misrepresentation. You have to contact London, return your passport and ask for further instructions.

Yes She most Land b4 her Visa expires.
so that means, we have maximum 1 year after the visa, to come back and bring my wife to canada... the other question was, what if my wife can not land before her visa expires, what happens?

regards.
