Hello,
I have a little doubt.
I'm a visa exempt. I just landed as a visitor, and told the officer I'm going to stay here in Canada for about 6 months (the reason of the 6 months doesn't matter for my question I think, so I spare).
The fact is that, gone out of the airport, I had nothing, neither on my passport nor anywhere. Not a stamp, not a piece of paper... Have I to worry about? Is it recorded anywhere that they let me in for six months?
I am wondering that because I have plans to spend some days in USA, and I don't know what will be going to happen when I'll come back in Canada. Will the officers recognize me by my file?
