I got bands R=6.5 s=6 w=5 l=5.5
Recently passed 12 in 2017 how many chance i have to go canada
Am i eligible to go canada ?

The 5 in writing is too low to get a study permit (if that's what you're interested in). You need to re-write and score at least 5.5 in each of the four categories if you want to attend college. If you want to attend university - you need to score at least 6 in each of the four categories.
