Visa Chances

Hello, I have just passed my class 12 (cbse ) with 62% (33 marks in maths). I wanted to apply to GBC for an Advanced Diploma in Computer Programmer Analyst . I want to know will there be any problem in VISA ? I want to do a bachelor's degree from Canada but due to financial problem I can't directly go to University. Will I be able to continue my education from any university after getting my PR. and How much time will it take to get PR?

My profile is

Class 10- 7.8
Class 11 - 92%
Class 12 - 62% (33 marks in maths)
IELTS - 6.5 (No band less than 6.5)

I can say they are not bad bcoz the min score they ask for is 6.5 in ielts.
But my suggestion wud b to give ua SAT and then apply. That could make ur chances very stronger. If u secure a
good score u can even get into a university and that makes u get ua visa almost for sure.

I have got admission in TRU (Computing Science) but due to financial problem I can't go to university. With my current profile Will there be any problem in VISA if I apply to GBC for a advanced diploma ?

6.5 IELTS is more than enough, as long as all modules are above 5.5, apply for GIC and go on with your process soon, only thing Im skeptical is the 33 in maths, this could be a base for rejection
You are actually late for September intake if you dont have an offer letter.

I am having a strong background in Computing , I am listed in Google, Microsoft and few other sites for finding security loopholes in their system. Will this thing lay any positive impression on visa officer ?
