VO may questioned that why are you taking a simple certificate cource after completing the engineering . so, take a degree or course which has higher standard in eyes of VO as compared to your last qualification.

Then it will be the strong case .

A diploma or certificate in your case gives the impression that actually your goal is not the study permit but it is the PR which you will get once you land in Canada.
