Visa chances for Diploma(pcomp- computer programmer) - sheridan college

Hi Yesterday I dropped my visa in Hyderabad, vfs global . I applied for diploma in sheridan college traflgur campus.

here is my

profile:

10th 74.5

Inter 77.5

btech : 56.98 ( technically 1 backlog) I left 1 subject as it is not required for aggregate by jntu and it is not considered as backlog.

17 months work experince.

padi full 1 year fees 13,482 cad

9 lakhs FD/ 8 lakhs Loan

medicals done.

Please let me know your views.

Is the course you have applied for related to your bachelors? Don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but we have seen an increase in the no of rejects for sheridan college in recent times.

my bachelors is Electronics and communications and Now I want to be computer programmer. so I have took computer programmer course.

Thats really bad news, sheridan is good college I heard. Is it ? if so why are they rejecting visa's for that college

times r bad my friend, nd over that u are chaning streams!!! u might get rejection for course mismatch
change ur course to an electronics releted fielt for ur visa, u can sort out things when u reach ur collg!!!

You have a good profile. To my knowledge EXTC and Computers are inter related, if you have written a strong SOP you can get your visa. You have already submitted your file, so don't worry and let's hope and pray you get a positive response. God bless. All the best

Actually the checklist asks for a loan amount equivalent to $10,000 CAD. So you aren't in trouble, as 5.5 Lacks is nearly $10,000.
