VISA approved!!

hi friends,

you all have helped me a lot through this short journey from DAY 1.

I applied on for VISA at Chandigarh office (paper based, uni category) on 12th June without any consultant. All documentation was prepared by me with help of the official websites and this forum.

My passport was dispatched on 30-06-2014 at about 3:30 PM and I got approval mail on 1st July 2014 (yes, 1st july is holiday due to Canada Day but seems like emails are sent irrespective of holidays) at 2:00 PM.

Note: I had a Canadian visitor visa refusal last year. (I mentioned it truthfully on my study permit application, but left the UCI field blank as I couldn't remember it.) and I had 1 year GAP after 12th.

I want to write names of all the important people who helped me but I will not be able to accommodate so many names (due to less time) that's why I am thanking you all generally. Please don't mind. I really appreciate your help and discussions.

I will be happy to answer any questions. I am going to ucalgary for b.sc. in engineering.
