Does anyone here got their visa approved even if their program is not related to previous studies?

Mine was also refused because of that. Apparently that makes them doubt that you will leave Canada after your studies. I was advised to write a SOP and supply it with the application, with as many as possible documents and information.

Does anyone here got their visa approved even if their program is not related to previous studies?

My study permit approved. I applied dental assisting for study permit. My previous study was bachelor of applied chemistry.

I thought that dental assisting and applied chemistry can be match for partly. Anyway, there was no problem to approve my permit

Guys wat did u do to make ur file strong so that inspite of course mismatch u got visa
