Anyone here from the Philippines whose visa processing is still ongoing? There was news last week from IRCC that they will start processing the online application. Mine is through paper application so does anyone have any idea when the IRCC office in Manila will open?

They're not processing paper applications right now, so you'll just have to keep waiting.
