I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY MAIL . I AN CURIOUS WEATHER IT IS POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE

would you please inform me about the answer to this question in the processing time tool of the Canada visa: " where are you applying from?" what should I write? should I write my nationality or the country from which I am applying now?
