I applied for Temporary Resident Visa online from USA on (10th Nov.) and have received request to send my passport today (24th Nov.).
Considering the processing times at the VACs (LA 42 days & NY 52 days). My question is where should I send my application....since I HAVE to travel to Canada on 25th Dec. (tickets already booked).
