"visa and non spp colleges" ??? any risk of refusal of visa

taking addmision in non spp private colleges in canada is risky ???how .. can i get visa or greater chance of refusal ???
can i work on campus
can i work off campus
can i apply for post graduation work permit ???
can i take transfer to goverment colleges from privater college????

It is not risky But why not go for public funded colleges also you will have rights like regular student visa holders do u cant work 20hrs a week on/off campus.
