Vfs form submission after PPR

Hello,

My spouse has to send a form along with passport and 2 photos at VFS. In the form, they inquired about the principal applicant name, the spouse's and kids names (we don't have kids).
The thing is the husband in Canada is sponsoring the wife who is abroad. So only the wife will send her passport and pictures.
So should she fill only the principal applicant part with her info and leave other spaces (spouse, kids) empty?
Or should she fill the PA and spouse part and select the option the spouse will not accompany (because he's already in Canada?)

Only PA info is needed. Since spouse is the sponsor and is already a PR or citizen of Canada.
