Hello,
I need to check the procedure to apply for the immigration, assessment of credentials, apply without exam for example we can give exam while we will reach Canada.
Please share any information in this regard.And any authorize consultant etc to cross check our application status.

I can answer few of your questions.

You don't need any exam if you just want to immigrate. You will have to clear the exams if you wish to practice as a veterinarian in Canada in future. So just for the immigration purpose, your degrees and your work experience in your home country is sufficient.
For assessment of credentials, I am very sure WES is the institution you want to approach but please double check it.
