Very Urgent- leaving india - No TRV

Hello
My friend is on work permit. She doesnt have temporary resident visa to travel. It easily take 20 days .can she get trv by Any other way for eg ottawa , toronto or going to border.
Or applying online is the only option.

It is urgent for her to go on same date.

No, she can't get a TRV any other way. If the TRV isn't approved in time, she will need to change her travel plans.

Extraditing her Visa application is a possibly, or so Ive read on this forums. Have a search and try to get in contact with one of the seniors.

Usually expedited processing for any type of temporary visa from most countries Canada included is only considered for life or death situations regardless of how succesful or not others on this forum have implied they may have been. Unfortunately probably will need to wait it out and even then TRVs are never guaranteed although having a work permit obviously should help approval.

OP's friend will not be able to expedite her TRV app.

There's really no expedite process. She'll have to wait until it's processed. She needs the approved TRV to board the plane.

Few immigration consultants said that she can get approval letter then leave for india and send passport in canadian embassy (in india) for stamping with passport.
