Please let me know in which NOC, the below job belongs? Its very urgent i have to end my offer letter to AINP tommorow. My employer mentioned Noc 2281.
Title : jr It Infrastructure support technician
Responsibilities:
Participate in key process improvements for IT infrastructure environments.
Perform IT system management and maintenance.
Perform file system and storage configuration and management.
Perform server build and management. Install, configure and maintain IT infrastructure equipment, including servers, SAN, UPSs, and so on.
Ensuring IT Infrastructure systems comply with established policies, standards, licensing agreements, and configuration guidelines.
Monitor and analyze performance
Monitor system capacity to determine its affect on performance and recommend enhancements to meet future demands.
Recommend and execute modifications to IT Infrastructure systems in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Review and deploy service packs, hot fixes, system updates, and vendor-supplied patches according to best practices
Manage and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software problems, including enterprise application servers, storage, messaging systems and some network related issues.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and associated training for network resource administration, appropriate use, and disaster recovery.
Must be creative but also able to follow instructions and willing to learn.
