Dear all
my husband's brother live in Canada last 11 years and he is permanent resident over there. Now if my husband wants to apply for student visa, will that create problem for him?because canada immigration have got his details , his brother shared all his details to Canada in PR application.

Secondly ,if he can make the application,is spouse can go along with him? or spouse should apply later to increase the chance of visa.

However my husband will apply for masters in IT after 12 years study gap

Thanks a lot for your valued response

It should not be a problem at all. Infact now they are encouraging siblings to come to Canada. You can definitely join him but it would be better if you go later so he can show strong family ties saying that he has to go back since you are still in the home country.

Thanks for your valued response. but as you know i have to join him later in canada. Can you please suggest which way will enhance of possibility of getting visa for both of us?
