Qn8 Under the heading "personal details of your mother" They are asking Family name of my mother at the time of birth,

Obviously it is different from his present family name, my concern is that, In the first space should I write


my mother's family name before marriage and in the second space (where there is written given Name(s),

Should I write her full current name(s)
I appreciate any help

In that section they are asking for your mother's maiden name, that is your mother's surname at birth not your father's name.
