how many months visa should you have before apply canadian study visa from Uk?

Because i have only three months visa left and I have acceptance letter from canadian college and my will start in january.

Is there any restrcitions regarding visa if you apply from UK?

I have checked every website but i couldn't find anything related to this.

heyyy sorry ill have to research about that but apply asap! dont wait apply on monday as it can take time... if u already have a student visa then i dont think medical would be required but dont think of going there with this visa..

I have work visa in uk and its going to finish after 3 months. I just want to know if there is any restriction.
I have heard that i should have atleast six month visa before apply to anyother country but havn't seen anything about it.

I just want to make sure. if anyone knows about this plz let me know.

oh so you don't have strong ties with the uk.. what country are u from and can u show strong ties from ur home ccountry like property, bank statements and family?

look there is no restriction in applying anyone can apply. but you need to be sure that you will get it right. the things they look for is if you can support yourself through out your study permit period, that you are a genuine student, you have taken the right course, you will not be a threat to Canada and that YOU WILL LEAVE CANADA WHEN YOUR STUDY PERMIT EXPIRES. so you have to prove everything to the visa officer and satisfy him.

You can surely apply from UK right now but know one for sure would know the result. If I were you than I would have applied from UK but at the same time show ties to UK of some sort or to my home country which satisfied the Visa Officer that I will leave Canada at the end of my stay.
