Hi Guys,

I planning to apply for AINP.
i hae more than 3 years experience in USA.
But Since i applied ofr Green card in usa. I got EAD (Employment Authorization Card) with that i am legal to work in usa until iget greencard.
and i also have H1B which will be valid till 7/13/209.

IF they don't consider my EAD then i have valid H1 B for only 3more months.
If i apply now immditaley AINpo by april this april1st , would they consider it and accecpt me?

Guys im in hurry. Because my H1B for only 3more months valid and AINP processing time is upto 6 months, i read that by final decision by AINP the H1B should be valid.

I think if they don't consider my EAD then i may not be eligible for AINP.. please advise....

AlNP program may take upto 5 months to let you know their decision about nomination. Sometimes it can be quicker. So apply and see.

Good luck.

You might want to negotiate with your current employer the extension of your H1B because you must have a valid H1B by the time Alberta makes the decision on your nomination...

"...You must be currently working in the United States and possess a valid visa in one of the following temporary skilled worker visa categories: H1-B, H1-B1, H-1C, E-3 at the time the AINP makes a final decision on the application;..."

I hope this helps
