hi,

i am going to file my visa in a couple of days, i took the help of a consultant for my study permit visa application.

In the student questionnaire form there is a question

Please disclose the name of the agent or representative who assisted you with
your admission forms and/or study permit application.
NOTE: Failure to disclose an agent or representative could negatively effect the
decision on your study permit application.

i asked my consultant but he is sayin not to write the details , i dont get it....its one of the best consultants in india(CHOPRA)
also he sayin no need use of a representative form?

why is he askin me not fil this section honestly....?

Hi, I am not a senior here, and my response may not answer your questions. I personally think, if I got helped from someone else to prepare my application, it would question my creditability. I mean we always can ask question to clear our confusion. I would not mention that 'so and so' helped me to prepare my application. As an applicant, I would/should be capable to preparing my application. Like I said, I could be wrong. This is just my personal opinion.

HI,
because your consultant (chopra) is not member of ICCRC that's why i think.

If there is name of your consultant in your LOA then you must fill the form of use of representative

Since you are applying on your own, so technically there is no representative of you. If that consultation firm was applying on your behalf, then you would have to fill up the representative form.

u r rite bro chopra conultant r not member of ICCRC thats why they won't fill representative form if they fill that may be problem for them
