Hello i want to know is there any possibility for me to move in canada along with my brother
Case details
We are two brothers living in pakistan im 25 years old having 16 years education and single , my bro is 26 and having 17 years education and single aswell.
our father is canadian national he didnot declared us (non declared childrens) as his children
So i want to know is there any possible solution for us if yes then how

Your father cannot sponsor you for PR through family class.

You can still immigrate to Canada - however you will have to qualify independently (e.g. as skilled workers).

I heard about humanitarian law that u must give some valid reason for not declaring then there is a possibility?
Is there any law or anykind of thing like that because dna can prove blood relationship if required ?
And childrens have right to meet there parents even if they are undeclared childrens ?

The humanitarian process may have worked if you were minors (e.g. under the age of 20) and fully dependent on your father.

However at this point you are adults and an H&C application doesn't have any chance of succeeding. Even if you had been declared on his application, you are both too old to be sponsored by your father at this point since you are no longer children.

If you want to come to Canada then you should really focus on qualifying independently.

Thank you one last thing is there will be any problem to get study visa because Its necessary to mention my father present address name and bio data e.t.c because they may say that if you are a son then apply through proper channel under family class or is it okay they dont bother about all this

As scylla said, you don't qualify under the Family Class; CIC won't tell you to apply through a class in which you are ineligible.
