VERY IMP: ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS

Hi All,

Thank you again for all ur help and advice. Now my status is that I am about 90% done with gathering the documents and filling application forms. Untill yesterda, i..e before I met a immigration consultant, I was going to send my application forms + notarized documents (to CIO, sydney) and the following original docuiments:

1) IELTS
2) Police clearence certificate
3) Reference letter/experience letter
4) Bank letters

My visa office is New Delhi. Now when I met the consultant he told me that I need to send only photocopies (including Police clearence certificate, referecen lettter and bank letters) of all documents except IELTS. Moreover, he has said that after we submit these document to sydney, we will get a letter from them to submit all originals to VO, in my case its New Delhi. Forum members two questions;

Q1) Do we only need to submit IELTS original? I again carefully reas the CIO instruction document and they only as for original IELTS and not other certficate. But I need your advice.
Q2) Is the process he explained i.e. We submit originals to VO after letter from CIO, is this correct?

Please advice as I am trying and planning to apply by Tuesday.

Hi,

You consultant is right, on CIC website it only asks for Original IELTS, and once you will get approval from CIC then you will have to send the original PCC and other documents to your visa office.

on and after 26 JUNE You will send all document to CIO, which are mentioned in the VISA Office checklist.

CIO is not ask to submit the document to VO. if you did not send full document to CIO , they will return your application
