Very difficult worry about canadian studies at college

Hi I came to Canada in 2013 to study a One Year Post Grad Program at College (academic year 2013) once I finished the year I decided to study another program this time a Bachelor Diploma of 2 years, so the college transfer some credits and at the end I studied only one more year (academic year 2014) but I got a Two-Year Diploma.
According to my college in my application to the permanent residence I should only consider the 2 year program, and I should submit transcripts and a LOE explaining that some credits of a previuos program were transfered to get that Diploma.
But thats correct. I think only consider one canadian credential in Education History? or both? or one there and both onlt in the Personal History form? Any similar experience? thanks

I would just mention it as ONE if you have certificate stating it is a 2 year diploma you did through that institution.
