Very confused =( Supplementary Information: Travel History

Hey everyone, after a long wait with no updates from CIC, today I’ve got a request to provide another Travel History form =(

I am very confused as I included every single one of my travels and I can’t understand why they would request such form.

The only thing I can think of is: I did not mention my travels to Canada (as I understood that I should only mention travels to outside of my country of origin - Brazil and residence - Canada). I have a brother that has been here for a long time, so I came 10+ times. In addition, I thought that CIC would have access to this information anyways.

Any ideas on why they request this? Also, did I incorrectly filled up the form sent with the application when not mentioning my visits to Canada? To finish, it says I have 7 days to upload the new form but I could not find where I do so.. any help would be appreciated.

I'm not an expert but in my opinion you have to list all your trip in Canada ,have sense because when you make this trips in Canada you was visitor ,right?

One more thing that came to my mind (after re-thinking this over and over) is:
for some of the trips I’ve made to Canada, I took a connection flight on USA. I did not mention those.
Can that be the problem?

No ,if was just a connection flight you no have to mention that.... so i'm right ,when you make the trips to Canada you was visitor? if yes then list all your trips to Canada in the last 10 years....

Yes, I was a visitor. They should have all that information though.. that sucks! I came several times, it is going to be a pain checking all my stamps

I'm sure they have all this info but they want to heard from you.... , so list all your trips and you will be ok

Yeah, that’s what I am going to do.. and attach a LOE on why I did not include those.
Also, I noticed that you were requested add documents. How did you upload it ?

I FINALLY REALIZED WHY THEY REQUESTED SUCH DOCUMENT:

AFTER REVIEWING THE INFORMATION I SUBMITTED (AS I HAVE COPIES OF IT), I NOTICED THAT I INCORRECTLY INSERTED THE INFORMATION ON A TRIP TO MEXICO. INSTEAD OF 2011/03/18 TO 2011/03/26, I WROTE 2011/03/18 TO 2014/03/26 =( SO BASICALLY I STATED THAT I WAS IN MEXICO FOR 3 YEARS INSTEAD OF 7 DAYS

I FEEL RELIEVED THAT AT LEAST I FOUND A REASON FOR THEIR REQUEST
